Welcome to Salsamixes.com I have created this website to reach out to fellow salseros and collectors of salsa dura worldwide. I have been a collector and dj of latin music for over 10 years and am always digging crates in every city I visit. Over the past few years I have produced custom mixes for various clients ie: dancers, radio stations, bands, demo cds, fashion parades etc etc.... I hope you enjoy my site and also feel free to contribute any information you wish to. Please bookmark this page as It will be regularly updated with plenty of goodies for your salsa soul. One Luv SALSA

Ismael Quiñones V's Pedro Conga's Orq International A lot of folks I have asked if they can tell me the difference about these 2 lps above. Most recognize the Orq International right away, however when you play these 2 lps back to back they are actually the same tracks. That's right exactly the same versions. I believe that Pedro Conga's Orq International is the original recording and it seems that the Ismael Quiñones seems to be some kind of bootleg. Nice purple cover however. Perhaps someone was avoiding copyright or steeling others tunes which was happening alot from what I keep hearing from musicians. Do you know the real story ???? Please contact me and let the world know.
More lp's in library 50's & 60's
